[Bug bootstrap/34596] gcc 4.2.1 & 4.2.2 fails in configure-stage2-intel

Hi,

this is what the config.log says in the intl dir.

i am not sure what I am doing wrong here.  I was able to compile the same
version of gcc 4.1.0 in SUSE linux enterprise server9 64-bit platform.
