Sorry, I meant to say the macros are defined in wchar.h in hpux11.11
and later. The macros are not defined in earlier releases (10.X and 11.00).
Both 10.X and 11.00 have wchar.h but not wctype.h. That's why I was
wondering about providing the defines.
