The patch has not been reversed yet. This is a duplicate of PR33225. Since
there is more information in the other PR, I will close this one and track on
the other.
I can reproduce the bug using -m32 on my system. If I can not find a fix
tonight, I will revert tomorrow evening.
FX or anyone, feel free to revert if you feel it necessary to do so sooner.
