Proposed patch.
This is a problem with __builtin_eh_return().
At -O0 the new return address is being stored in the $ra save slot on the
stack. At -O1 it is not.
The patch allows cleanup-9.c to succeed. I will refomat the code to fit in 80
columns and bootstrap it.
