The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

template<typename...> struct A;
template<typename...T, typename...U> struct A<T..., U...> {};
A<int> a;
========================================================
bug.cc:3: error: parameter pack argument 'T ...' must be at the end of the
template argument list
bug.cc:5: internal compiler error: in unify, at cp/pt.c:12654
