[Bug fortran/31203] New: wrong code generated with gfortran


With a recent gfortran, the following compiles, but generates the wrong
results:

call s(-3)
call s(2**18)
contains
subroutine s(i)
character(LEN=I) a
IF(LEN(a).NE.MAX(0,I)) CALL ABORT()
end subroutine
end
