The following valid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

void foo(long ...);
=====================
bug.cc:1: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]
The same thing happens for the following invalid variation:

void foo(const ...);
=====================
