Here is a more reduced (and cleaned up) testcase:

class ios_base{};
struct basic_ostream : virtual ios_base{};
namespace
{
  struct Nullostream : basic_ostream{};
}
class  In
{
  In ();
  Nullostream  nullout;
};
In::In (){}

This is an interaction between aliasing and anonymous namespaces.
