I could try it.
I need some help to dowload the right sources and recompile them for
msp430.
As an alternative I can point out the bug in the msp430 forum
(http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=7539)
waiting for a msp430 guru.
What do you suggest?

Also msp430 is not part of the FSF GCC.
