[Bug c/26845] New: V850Ex/xxx hardware conflict with SLD instruction

on some revised hardware manuals of V850Ex/xxx controllers
a hardware conflict in conjunction with the SLD instruction
and Interrupt requests are described.

For example:

V850E/ME2, August 2005, p113, 3.4.11 Restriction on conflict between sld
instruction and interrupt request

The NEC CA850 V2.61 C-Compiler and IAR C-Compiler for V850 V3.20A compensate
this hardware problem.

Does the current Gnu C-Compiler for V850E also compensate this problem ?
