[Bug target/25286] New: [4.1/4.2 Regression] ext/pool_allocator/allocate_chunk.cc execution test fails

FAIL: ext/pool_allocator/allocate_chunk.cc execution test
appeared on mainline between 20051117 and 20051118 (revisions 107115 and
107161) on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11 and still appears present on mainline and 4.1
branch.  This test previously passed.

The failure in bug 25168 appeared between the same pair of revisions; I don't
know if they are related.
