FAIL: gcc.dg/weak/weak-14.c (test for excess errors)
This test should check whether the target supports alias definitions.
After some recent work on GAS, I believe that it's possible to support
alias definitions when using GAS. However, the HP linker will never allow
undefined symbols in final links.
