Testcase with simpler class hierarchy:
======================================
struct A
{
~A();
};
struct B
{
B(A);
};
void foo(bool b)
{
throw b ? B(A()) : B(A());
}
======================================
This testaces also crashes GCC 3.4.0, but not 3.4.1 - 3.4.4.
