4.1 and 4.2 fail to compile gcc.c-torture/execute/20040709-[12].c at
-O3 -m4 -ml for sh-elf with the same ICE
internal compiler error: in refers_to_regno_for_reload_p, at reload.c:6281
after the same patch applied.
