[Bug fortran/24866] New: internal compiler error


Following program cause internal compiler error. I wasn't sure if this has been
seen/filed before.

$ cat test_module.f90
module test_module
 contains
   subroutine sub_module(str)
     external :: str
   end subroutine sub_module
   subroutine str()
   end subroutine str
end module test_module

$ gfortran -v -c test_module.f90
test_module.f90:0: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
