[Bug target/21316] [3.4/4.0 Regression] pointer lookup cache misses more frequent

Here are the numbers for yesterday's 4.1 compiler:

4.0.2: 3.770000
4.1.0: 3.050000
3.4.0: 3.190000
3.3.6: 3.340000

So the mainline's number is the fastest so removing the regression marker.
