Those line numbers are different than what I orginally got. So something fixed
this already in 4.0.2 and 4.1.0 (I had not rechecked until today).
Before I had got:
t.cc: In function `void Bar2()':
t.cc:19: error: no matching function for call to `Parm::Parm(temp&)'
t.cc:13: note: candidates are: Parm::Parm()
t.cc:14: note: Parm::Parm(const Parm&)
and still do in 3.4.5.
