As in:
if (value != 0
&& (!flag_wrapv || TREE_OVERFLOW (value))
&& (flag_wrapv || !TYPE_UNSIGNED (etype)))
which in turn means
if (value != 0
&& (flag_wrapv ? TREE_OVERFLOW (value) : !TYPE_UNSIGNED (etype)))
