I have tried:
- gcc-4.0.0 - built myself long time ago
- gcc-4.0.2 - built by someone else
- vac-6.0.0.11
Not that I am desperate to get this to work, but I just can't stand that it
doesn't. It was so relatively easy on pa-risc HP-UX (10.20, 11.00/32,
11.00/64, 11.11/32, and 11.11/64)
