"make bootstrap" seems to work.
I am able to compile Ada code using "gcc -c" I can also bind.
I do not have a linker...
[smcconne@smcconne bin]$ pwd
/home/smcconne/gcc/4.0.0/install/bin
[smcconne@smcconne bin]$ ls
cpp* gcc* gccbug* gcov* gnatbind* i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc*
i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc-4.0.0*
