[Bug c/22194] New: [4.0 Regression] ICE on linux-2.6.12 drivers/serial/8250.c

When using gc-4.0-20050623 snapshot to compile linux-2.6.12.

I get the following error:

The above ICE does not occur with GCC 4.0.1 RC 2
