The file http://netlib.org/ode/rksuite/rksuite.f produces an internal compiler
error:
> gfortran -c rksuite.f
rksuite.f: In function 'setup':
rksuite.f:210: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
