[Bug bootstrap/21886] New: [4.1 Regression] bootstrap fails on hppa2.0w-hpux

Bootstrap fails on hppa2.0w-hpux on 20050602 on mainline (tree from 07:00 UTC).
 This is a separate failure from that reported at
