* fixinc/inclhack.def (solaris_math_6_1): New fix.
(solaris_math_9): Rewrite and guard with #ifdef __sparc__.
* fixinc/fixincl.x: Regenerate.
* fixinc/tests/base/iso/math_c99.h: Adjust for above changes.
