[Bug fortran/20954] New: gfortran - internal compiler error with -fdefault-integer-8

["dir at lanl dot gov" <gcc-bugzilla at gcc dot gnu dot org>]

Some programs really need "-fdefault-real-8 -fdefault-integer-8", but I get this
error on the Macintosh -

[dranta:~/tests] dir% gfortran -fdefault-integer-8 -o d8test2 d8test2.f
