[Bug fortran/20868] New: error needed


The following is non-standard and the compiler should probably generate a
warning/error with '-pedantic -std=f95'


 INTEGER :: X(10)
 CALL T(X)
 END
SUBROUTINE T(X)
 INTEGER :: X(*)
 WRITE(6,*) UBOUND(X)
END SUBROUTINE
