I can confirm this for m68k-rtems with gcc 4.0.0 20050303. This looks like the
ICE that happens for us in our pppd stack on the Coldfire.
I also confirm that the small test case in
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18421#c7 occurs.
