Hope I didn't mess anything with my gcc tree :)
Steps to reproduce:
1. apply the patch to regclass.c
2. compile record_operand_costs.i with "-O1 -ftree-vectorize" and link into cc1
3. use testcase bug.i to see segmentation fault
