[Bug c++/17729] New: Duplicate __attribute__((deprecated)) warning

void func(void) __attribute__((deprecated));

void f(void) {
  func();
}

gives a warning twice when compiled as C++:

t.C: In function `void f()':
t.C:4: warning: 'func' is deprecated (declared at t.C:1)
t.C:4: warning: 'func' is deprecated (declared at t.C:1)
