[Bug libgcj/17536] New: wrong ClassLoader for int[]

getClassLoader should return null for primitive types,
arrays of primitive types, arrays of those, etc.
Right now it will not return null for, e.g., int[].class.
The reason is that we have special code in getClassLoader
to avoid returning null; this is wrong in at least this case.
