[Bug c/17199] New: GCC aborts at ra-build:1767 during compilation

GCC aborts when the given testcase is compiled with -O2 -fnew-ra option. The 
description is given below:

Testcase that fails:
void fails()
{
    long * a ;
    long b, ab;
    ab= *a+ab;
    b = *a / ab ;
    if (b)
    abc(b);
    *a = b / ab ;
}
int main()
{

 fails();
 return 0;

}
