[Bug AWT/16752] New: IAA.TextPaneTest: TextArea Does Not Scroll With Cursor

In the Acunia test suite, in IAA.TextPaneTest, as the cursor moves up
and down the text area, the visible view pane should scroll either up
or down, so that the cursor is always visible.  When run with libgcj,
the cursor moves down, but the TextArea does not scroll, so the cursor
disappears below the visible view pane.
