Description of problem:
When programs attempt to draw graphics on top of an image, sometimes
the image is painted first, and the graphics over-top, but sometimes
the graphics are obscured by the image.

How reproducible:
Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.run kaffe's WidgetsDemo, or Acunia's CropImageFilter
2.resize the top-level window
Actual Results: sometimes the image is drawn over-top of the box
Expected Results: the box should always be drawn over-top of the image
