[Bug AWT/16767] New: the menu items do nothing in kaffe's WidgetsDemo

Description of problem:
The menu items should cause the label at the bottom of the window to
change, and the file dialog to be shown.  Instead, nothing happens.

This could be caused by my commenting out the _gtk_accel_group calls
in the peers.  However, we need a proper fix for this anyway, so I'm
making this depend on the GtkAction update bug.

2.click on menu items
