I have the same versions of these packages installed.
> configured with
> --enable-threads=posix --enable-__cxa_atexit
> --disable-libunwind-exceptions --disable-mudflap --disable-checking
> --disable-libmudflap --enable-languages=c,c++
I tried a configure and bootstrap with these options, and it worked fine
for me.
