[Bug c++/15684] Pointer to member function called on incomplete type should diag

Confirmed, note that is well defined though as ->* is the pointer-to-member of T only T needs to be 
completely-defined and not the left side.
class A
{};
class B;
class C
{
        typedef void (A::*ftype)();
        C(B* a){a->*ftype();}
}
