[Bug c++/15508] Size evaluation of variable-length array seem to be skipped in some cases.

OK. Then which is correct?

a) 'int **a = new int [2][3];'
b) 'int (*a)[3] = new int [2][3];'

I believe b) is correct, but you don't, do you?
