* tree-nested.c (create_tmp_var_for): Disallow variable sized types.
(convert_nonlocal_reference): Set val_only false for the base of a
component or array reference.
(convert_local_reference): Likewise.

* gimplify.c (create_tmp_var): Disallow variable sized objects.
(gimplify_modify_expr): Don't memcpy for VA_ARG_EXPR.
