[Bug other/15294] New: problem in "make" of gcc3.2.3; make failed just at its end...?

I was running make when it failed. Before that I run:
"configure --with-gnu-as --with-gnu-ld"

checking for mingw32 environment... (cached) no
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../.. 
make: *** [configure-target-libffi] Error 1
