[Bug target/14595] 3.4.0 make profiledbootstrap fails on MinGW/MSYS *after* applying PR14291 patch

To me: "/bin/sh: stage1/xgcc.exe: Invalid argument" means the file is not executable, that does not 
makes sense because it has already ran once before.
