[Bug optimization/14486] New: C++ optimization issues on risc-y targets

Between Feb 12-13, 2004, three new libstdc++ failures appeared on various targets.

23_containers/multiset/insert/1.cc execution test
23_containers/multiset/invalidation/2.cc execution test
23_containers/set/invalidation/2.cc execution test

These execution fails don't appear on x86/s390x/s390-linux, or on
hppa64-hp-hpux11.11, but seem to be present on:

powerpc-darwin-7.2.0
ia64-linux
powerpc64-linux
powerpc-aix5.1.0.0

When compiled and run, -O2 segvs, -O1 and -O0 do not.

sparc64 gets the invalidation fails only
sparc gets the insert fail
