How? Sorry, I'm no TeXpert, and I couldn't find clues to do
that in the tex manual page, or the texinfo info pages. If it
can be done at the time of (TeX or) texinfo call, it
should automatically be made to happen for "make dvi".
If it's a matter or recompiling TeX, we could add notes in the
installation documentation. Though that *really* shouldn't be
done; it's better to use a wrokaround, like wrapping each node
in @ifset INTERNALS, because this is user stuff, not developer
stuff.
