[Bug java/13667] GCJ crashes on compilation

Exactly the same bug can be reproduced with 3.3.2, details below:

max@devel:~$ gcj -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/3.3.2/specs

rename spec lib to liborig
Configured with: ../src/configure -v
