GCC itself is not threaded so there is no way it could be a GCC problem. GCC stesses your
hardware more than anything else you use. Also we do compile on dual-systems all the time (I
compile on a dual PPC 970 all the time, I also compile GCC on a dual pentiums every once in a
while so it cannot be GCC that is causing this error).
