[Bug c++/13180] New: glx.h corrupted / incompatible within EL3.0

gcc3.2.3 complains about glXGetProcAddressARB being undefined when compiling
within IA64 using RH EL3.0.
Copying glx.h from RH 9.0 (or maybe any other version) fixed the problem & the
error is gone now!
