G++ 3.4 gives ICE on the the test-case listed below. This happens both on i686-
redhat-linux and ia64-suse-linux.
$ g++ -c ice.cpp
ice.cpp:14: internal compiler error: in get_vcall_index, at cp/class.c:2100
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.

struct c1 {
virtual void f1() const {};
};
struct c5 {};
struct c6 : virtual c1 {
