           Summary: Parse Error on some comments
           Product: gcc
           Version: 3.3.1
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: c++
        AssignedTo: unassigned at gcc dot gnu dot org
        ReportedBy: jarod at ds2 dot pg dot gda dot pl
                CC: gcc-bugs at gcc dot gnu dot org

In simple line: 'int co; //1=Ex, 2=Ey, 3=Ez, 4=Hx, 5=Hy, 6=Hz, 7=EEE (do SAR)' I get 'parse error before numeric constant'. But when I delete some last characters from comment, for example when line looks like: 'int co; //1=Ex, 2=Ey, 3=Ez, 4=Hx, 5=Hy, 6=Hz' there is no error and gcc is compiling my program correctly. Also when I change '//' with combination of '/*' and '*/' so the line is: 'int co; /*1=Ex, 2=Ey, 3=Ez, 4=Hx, 5=Hy, 6=Hz, 7=EEE (do SAR) */' everything is ok. It looks like gcc (i've checked version 3.2 and 3.3.1) is reading comments and interpretes them in some way what causes some problems on some comments.
