Re: target/10149: [CygWin] Resource temporarily unavailable for cc1.exe

Old Synopsis: Resource temporarily unavailable for cc1.exe
New Synopsis: [CygWin] Resource temporarily unavailable for cc1.exe

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: bangerth
State-Changed-When: Tue Mar 25 01:41:51 2003
State-Changed-Why:
    What do the CygWin (or Windows) manuals say in which cases
    this error is raised? This doesn't look like a problem in
    gcc, but rather something like "not enough memory" or so.

    Thanks
      Wolfgang
