You can't change reports without an account. However, if
you send email to gcc-gnats at gcc dot gnu dot org with a subject
line as (this is for the present report)
Re: web/9542: How to change gnats requests?
then the mail is attached to the audit trail of the
report.
Things might be different once we switch to bugzilla instead
of gnats, which we hope to do soon.
