As far as I understand it any mail sent to gcc-gnats will either open a
new PR or be attached to the audit trail of an existing one. Linking a
Mail to an existing PR is done based on the subject line. The mail will
only be processed propperly by gnats if the subject line matches the one
that is generated when klicking on "send mail to all interested parties"
link of the PR.
